Lease Approval Process

Unit Owners who wish to rent their unit shall run the credit score of each potential Tenant Applicant(s). Applicant(s) must have a score of 670 or higher as reported by Experian, Equifax or Trans-Union. Unit Owner must submit the findings to the Management Office, along with the lease agreement or lease will not be deemed valid.

  • Unit Owner must also forward a $125.00 one-time, non-refundable processing fee, check or money order payable to:

  • Please forward along with a fully executed copy of the lease and lease rider to the property manager at least one week before the move-in date. Leases and lease riders may not be for less than six (6) months.
